Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Voucher will be shared by email/WhatsApp after booking confirmation. If going directly, please show the voucher at the ticket counter. For same-day bookings, please book at least 1–2 hours before visit time. If pickup is selected, please wait at the hotel lobby at the selected time and provide a working WhatsApp/local number. The driver will contact you on arrival and collect the tickets for you.

Pickup Information

Pickup and drop-off is included for Pattaya and Jomtien areas. If your hotel is outside these areas, an additional surcharge may apply—please contact us on WhatsApp after booking to confirm pickup location and charges (if any). Be ready in your hotel lobby at the selected pickup time; the driver will wait a maximum of 10 minutes. If you do not show up, it will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be provided. Pickup details will be shared prior to departure.
