Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

No voucher is required. Simply share your booking name/confirmation with the driver at pickup. The driver will collect and redeem the tickets for you at the venue counter and assist with entry. Please keep your phone reachable for pickup coordination and be ready in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time (driver waits up to 10 minutes).

Pickup Information

Pickup and drop-off are mandatory and included for Pattaya and Jomtien areas. If your hotel is outside these areas, an additional surcharge may apply—please contact us on WhatsApp after booking to confirm pickup location and charges (if any). Be ready in your hotel lobby at the selected pickup time; the driver will wait a maximum of 10 minutes. If you do not show up, it will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be provided. Pickup details will be shared prior to departure. Your driver will assist with ticket collection and entry.
