Meeting and Pickup

Redemption Instructions

Voucher delivery: We’ll send your voucher via email/WhatsApp after booking. What to show: Present the mobile or printed voucher + photo ID. Where to redeem: Ticket counter/check-in desk at the activity base; staff under “Phuket Paradise Trip.” Hotel pickup bookings: Wait in your hotel lobby 10 minutes early. The driver will call your name or show a sign. Self-arrival: Go directly to the ticket counter, show your voucher, and follow staff to gear-up/briefing. Time slot adherence: Join the exact time selected at checkout; late arrivals move to the next slot subject to availability. Name changes: Must match ID; contact us for corrections before arrival. If you can’t locate us: Message us on WhatsApp using your booking contact for live assistance.

Pickup Information

Hotel pick-up:- Shared join–truck departures at 08:30, 12:00, 14:30 (Rawai/Chalong/Old Town may run 08:30, 11:00, 13:30). Private van pick-ups can be arranged any time 08:00–15:00 (max 11 pax/van). Be in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before pick-up. This is a shared service; pick-up may be 10–20 minutes earlier/later depending on routing. We will re-confirm exact time by WhatsApp/email after booking. If your hotel is on a difficult access road, we’ll advise the nearest safe meeting point. Pick-up areas & fees (one way):- Free join–truck: Patong, Kata, Karon, Rawai, Chalong. Join–truck surcharge (if offered on your date): THB 300 per person from Phuket Old Town (Sorriso Café), Panwa/Ao Yon, Siray/Laem Hin, Central Festival/Central Foresta. For private contact to know price. Good to know:- Please select your preferred departure time at checkout; you must join at the time booked. Infant/child seats available on request (subject to availability). If your hotel is outside the free zones, the applicable surcharge will be collected in cash on the day. Private transfers are available from all zones—contact us for prices and scheduling. If you have not received your pick-up time by 18:00 the day before, please message us.
