If you cancel at least 3 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel within 3 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.

• 100% refund if cancelled 3+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 3 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time • Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival of cruise ship • Not wheelchair accessible • Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately • Please be on time  • It might be possible that the visit of Pompeii will be done in the afternoon. It depends on the traffic on the way. 

Pickup Information

You will meet your private driver in the port of Naples where your ship docks
