Redemption Instructions

Your local contact is TRIP TRANSFER • Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free wait time. • Hotel pickups include 20 minutes of free wait time. • Our chauffeur will wait 60 minutes after landing time. If you dont show up after this times, and you did not notify us, we will release the chauffeur and the transfer will be a NO SHOW and fully charged. We monitor all the incoming flights, so we are updated with any delays or early arrivals. • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. • If there is a problem finding our chauffeur please contact the phone number showed in your Vaucher.
