Dear Guest, Thank you for your booking Depending on which service you have booked, here are the detailed instructions VIP Fast Track Arrival Your guide will meet you at the exit of the airbridge with a signboard showing your name. Service Includes Fast Track immigration, luggage assistance, customs and exit to arrivals to your vehicle or taxi rank. VIP Fast Track Departure Your guide will meet you outside Door 3 of the International Terminal with your name on the cart at a designated time which we will advise you before. Service includes escort to check in, fast track immigration, lounge (if chosen) or leave at gate or duty free. Standard Fast Track Arrival Please walk to the Coral Premium Arrival Lounge. The lounge is located in the middle of the arrival hall, approximately 150 meters from the arrival gate and before immigration. Our staff will be standing by at this location to assist passengers. Standard Departure Fast Track After you check in, please go to the Coral Concierge Counter – Row H, 3rd Floor (near the elevator), inside the Departure Terminal.
