**Morning (9:30am – 12:00pm)** - 9:30am Depart Hobart and travel to the Tasman Peninsula with a local guide. - 10:40am Stop at Pirates Bay Lookout for panoramic coastal views and photos. - 10:55am Visit the Dog Line at Eaglehawk Neck to learn about historic convict escape prevention. - 11:05am Visit the Tasmanian Chocolate Foundry. - 11:30am Continue to Port Arthur Lavender Farm to browse products and stroll the grounds (tastings at own cost). **Midday to Afternoon (12:00pm – 4:00pm)** - 12:00pm Arrive at Port Arthur Historic Site. - Spend 3–4 hours exploring over 30 colonial buildings, ruins, and restored homes. - Includes: entry to Port Arthur Historic Site, a 20-minute harbour cruise, audio experiences, and guided talks. - 2:20pm Harbour cruise departs from the Historic Site Jetty (included). - Optional: At 3:10pm, depart to visit Remarkable Cave, including a stop at Maingon Bay Lookout and a descent of 115 steps to a viewing platform. **Return (4:00pm – 5:30pm)** - 4:00pm Depart Port Arthur. - 5:30pm Arrive back in Hobart.
