Meeting and Pickup
We meet in the Safeway Grocery Store parking lot located at 4005 E Chandler Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85048. Look for our two vans ( License plates BALOON1 & BALOON2) in the lot near the Circle K and Firestone AutoCare. Check-in begins 15 minutes prior to tour time. Do not be late! We can't wait for you
Redemption Instructions
• Check-in begins 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time; Please do not be late • Sunrise time varies with the time of the year • Children must be accompanied by an adult • Minimum drinking age is 21 years • Minimum age is 6 years • All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking • The breakfast menu is set and any special dietary needs cannot be met • Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended
