Meeting and Pickup
When entering at 7th Ave and Deer Valley Road, make an immediate left at the T in the road. Follow the 3 white signs that say “Balloon Ride Parking” down towards the Civil Air Patrol Building. Turn right at the CAP Building and park in the parking spots marked “Balloon Ride Parking”.
Redemption Instructions
• Please note: you MUST reconfirm with Hot Air Expeditions. Departures may vary and flights can only be operated with safe weather conditions and the absence of high winds and storm conditions. In case of unsuitable weather conditions, you will be provided the option to take the tour on an alternative date or be refunded in full.
