Redemption Instructions

On International arrival flights into Phuket Airport, please collect your luggage and make your way through Exit gates number 3 &4 leading you outside of the arrival terminal building to the main meeting point. Once OUTSIDE the arrival terminal you will be met by a Representative of Destination Services who will be holding a sign with your name on it. The representative will be wearing a blue shirt or polo shirt with a Destination Services badge. Should you have any queries or fail to meet your guide please phone Destination Services Thailand (+66) 76 335 500 between 7:00-19:00 or (+66) 89 775 0044 for afterhours assistance. On Domestic Arrival flights, Please make your way outside the Main Terminal Building to the outside main meeting point.
