Pickup Information

For Domestic Arrivals Please proceed to Exit 1. Look for your name sign at the meeting area. Show the name sign photo sent to you on the same day to the on-site staff. The staff will inform your driver that you have arrived. Your vehicle will arrive at the meeting point within approximately 10 minutes. Board the vehicle and transfer to your hotel. For International Arrivals Please proceed to Exit 2, walk past Gate 3, and turn left to the meeting point. Look for your name sign at the meeting area. Show the name sign photo sent to you on the same day to the on-site staff. The staff will inform your driver that you have arrived. Your vehicle will arrive at the meeting point within approximately 10 minutes. Board the vehicle and transfer to your hotel. Hotel Pick-up Procedure Please wait at your hotel lobby at the scheduled pick-up time. Your driver will arrive to pick you up and transfer you to the airport or your designated destination. *If you arrive at the meeting point and cannot find the signboard, please contact us immediately.
