The ranch was originally established in 1848 by Garr, a Mormon pioneer, with the goal of raising cattle and improving agriculture in the region. Today, Fielding Garr Ranch has become a tourist attraction that offers a unique experience by combining history, nature and recreation. The ranch is surrounded by stunning landscapes, including vast prairies, mountains and panoramic views of the lake, making it a popular destination for history buffs and tourists who enjoy outdoor activities. We will drive about 35 minutes from the Ranch to Salt Lake City
