If this information is not advised, no transfer service will be booked. • My Sedan offers a reliable transfer service 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Should for any reason you encounter difficulty in locating your driver at your departure point, please call My Sedan's 24-hour Call Center on +1-212 434 0400. The My Sedan agent will stay on the phone until contact is established between you and your driver. Failure to undertake these steps may result in your transfer being canceled and refunds will not apply. • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag.
