• If flight and hotel information were not supplied at time of booking you MUST contact My Sedan on +1- 212-434-0400 or reservations@mysedan.com to provide these details, quoting your reference number. If this information is not advised no transfer service will be booked. • My Sedan offers a reliable transfer service 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. You will receive a text message upon arrival. Click the link in the text message to receive instructions on meeting your driver. After collecting your bags, proceed to the Welcome Center, and press the Ready Now button to be connected with your vehicle. If you did not connect with the driver, please proceed to the Welcome Center in your arriving terminal and call extension#18 using one of the courtesy phones to connect directly with MySedan agent. Failure to undertake these steps may result in your transfer being canceled and refunds will not apply. • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable • Surcharges will apply for multiple pickups in Manhattan Opening hours are: 00:00 - 24:00 Monday to Sunday
