Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. • Last minute vehicle upgrades may not be possible. Therefore contact the supplier directly to discuss any excess luggage details. • Please provide correct flight number so your flight can be monitored for early or delayed landing. • No additional charges for flight delays. Delayed flights, driver will come inside after the time passenger requested pickup by keeping time gap.  • Inform the supplier of the age of the children traveling with you in order us to provide a free baby seat or booster seat for the duration of the travel. • Please contact us via email :  atncars@gmail.com or whatsapp / text : 00447868925520 for any queries you have. ** If you can not locate your driver, you must contact our office before making other arrangements. ** Waiting charges : 25 free waiting time available from the pre-requested pickup time.
