Redemption Instructions

Upon your arrival at Prague Airport, our driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall. The driver will hold an Orange card with your name on it. The duration of transfer is only an approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

Pickup Information

Meet your driver-guide in the Arrivals Hall at Prague Václav Havel Airport (PRG) after passing through customs and the baggage reclaim area. Your driver-guide will be holding a sign with your name on it.
