Pickup Information

Our service team will proactively contact guests before arrival and remain available for assistance at any time(English or Chinese) Airport to City Hotel Pickup: Once you have collected your luggage, please proceed to Exit 1. Your name will be displayed on a sign placed on the railing. Please look for your name and contact our on-site staff nearby. They will immediately arrange for the driver to pick you up. Pickup details will be sent to you in advance. City Hotel to Airport Pickup: Please wait in the hotel lobby. The driver will arrive holding a name sign for you.
