Pickup Information

Pickup is available for all hotels within the Phuket area. Pickup time is 30 minutes before departure time. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.

The child must be 4 years old and above and supervised by parents/guardians, tour guides/instructors, or tour operators. They will not be allowed to drive.

Drivers have to be in good physical and mental ability to ensure safety. Drivers must be at least 14 years old.

During the tour, strictly follow the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator has the authority to stop any risky riding or unpleasant mannerisms with no refund.

Children less than 4 years of age are not recommended to join the tour.

Participation of senior citizens 65 years of age or over are not recommended to join the tour.

A person of 14 years or older is an adult and a person aged 4 to 13 years is classed as a child.

For the Khai Island activities, please bring swimwear and clothes to change into.

The personal belongings of the customers during the trip will be the sole responsibility of the customers.

Accident insurance will only cover medical treatment and medical expenses which are caused from an accident that occurred during the trip.

On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
