You MUST register your arrival details via this link prior to arrival: www.CarmelLimo.com/Viator (http://www.CarmelLimo.com/Viator) Upon arrival and after retrieving all luggage, the chauffeur will meet you with a name sign in the "Zero Level" lobby by the escalator (term 1) or baggage claim (term 3). If you do not see driver for any reason, please call 1-702-437-1900 or 1-866-666-6666. Give voucher to driver. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

Pickup Information

When booking a private transfer from Las Vegas Airport (LAS) to Las Vegas and the surrounding areas, you will have 30 minutes free wait time from the time your plane landed; additional wait time will be charged at 15 minutes increments. Once your transfer reservation is completed, you will be provided with a link (and a phone number should you prefer calling) allowing you to confirm your flight details and your destination address so that we have accurate information to track your flight and meet you at the airport to get you to your destination (please choose carefully from the list of destinations we offer). Price per person depends on number of travelers in your party, based on 3 passengers per sedan, 5 passengers per SUV, or 6 passengers per Stretch Limousine. It's that easy!
