Pickup Information

Price is per vehicle, not per person (for Sedan, maximum 3 passengers; for SUV, maximum 6 passengers). It's that easy! When booking a private transfer from/to the Charlotte (CLT) Airport you will need to provide us with some additional information (such as a drop-off/pick-up address and desired pick-up time when the transfer is to the airport). Once your order has been completed on Viator, to ensure smooth airport transfer, we will reach out to you with a link you can use (and a number to call if you prefer speaking with a live agent) to provide the information. When selecting drop-off/pick-up location please choose the correct location from the list of choices given. The type of vehicle you ordered will arrive shortly before your scheduled pickup time (for airport pick-ups, our system monitor you flight arrival time).
