Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

Pickup Information

When booking a private transfer from the Charlottesville Airport to Charlottesville and the surrounding areas you will need to provide your flight details and your destination address so that we have accurate information to track your flight and meet you at the airport and get you to your destination (please choose carefully from the list of destinations we offer). The type of vehicle you ordered will arrive shortly before your scheduled pickup time so you will have plenty of time to get your luggage. Once your transfer reservation is completed you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. Price per person depends on number of travelers in your party, based on 3 passengers per sedan, or a 6 passenger SUV. It's that easy!
