Pickup Information

Pickup available from all Alexandria hotels and Alexandria Port (cruise ship terminal). HOTELS: Your guide will meet you at your hotel lobby. All Alexandria hotels covered — city center, Corniche, Montazah, San Stefano, and surrounding areas. Simply provide your hotel name when booking. **CRUISE PORT:** Please note that our company does not have direct access inside the port. After disembarking, it takes approximately 15–20 minutes to walk to the port exit gate. Your licensed guide will meet you outside the exit gate, holding a sign with your booking name. A photo of the exact meeting point is attached for easy identification. **Pick-up Time:** As per your request. **Return:** We guarantee a timely return before your ship’s departure. Please confirm your pickup location 24 hours in advance. Pickup time is adjusted based on your location to ensure timely arrival at all sites.
