Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Pickup Information

The day before your trip, we will contact you to confirm the final pick-up time. The meeting point for departure is usually in your hotel lobby, near the security gate. Please provide your room number, or alternatively your full name and family name, to help us identify you. Our guide will be holding a sign with our company name for easy recognition. For airport arrivals, our driver will be waiting for you at the exit gate, holding a sign with the customer’s name.
