Your Transfer Instructions: Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK): After luggage claim and immigration control, please reach gate #3. Your driver will be waiting for you with a board containing your name. Don Mueang International Airport (DMK): After luggage claim and immigration control, please reach gate #5. Your driver will be waiting for you with a board containing your name. • In the event of any delay reaching the arrivals area please send one person from your party to the service desk as it is vital that you make contact within 60 minutes from landing. If you have problems locating the service desk please call +66816508455 and ask for assistance. Please do not leave the airport without contacting our call center. • It is mandatory to specify your destination and pick-up address, and to have your mobile phone turned on to ensure that the chauffeur can contact you. • For airport pick-ups, passengers receive 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after their flight arrives. Additional waiting time costs may be incurred if you authorize the driver to wait longer.
