Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Your driver will be waiting at the exit "C" inside the train station holding a sign with Customer's name up on it. • Barocchi will know if your train is delayed, however, if your train is delayed for more than 1 hour Barocchi reserve the right to apply a surcharge.  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

Pickup Information

Upon arrival at the train station your driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with the lead passenger's name up on it. Usual pick up point: in front of the Pharmacy shop inside the train station. In case of emergency, please call +39 055 37 36 46. Please note: this transfer is only available to hotels in the main City of Florence, please contact us if you are unsure if your hotel is included within the drop off area.
