If you cancel at least 7 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel within 7 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.

There’s no need to worry about finding a meeting point—everything you need will be at your fingertips. ID REQUIREMENT Please note that tickets are nominative, and all customers must present a valid ID on the day of the visit to gain access. DATE & TIME CONFIRMATION The date and time of your visit cannot be modified within 10 days of the scheduled visit, and no refunds will be provided.
