• It is the individual responsibility of all visitors to arrive at the tour meeting points 30 minutes prior to the scheduled tour time and present their tour voucher to the tour coordinator/guide. • Our City Wonders coordinators will be wearing blue uniforms at the meeting point for easy recognition. • For help with meeting points or other urgent issues, please phone +39 06 8336 0561. • This tour includes free Papal Audience tickets. In addition to reserving and picking up these tickets for you, we provide expert insight into the history and traditions of the Papacy and this ceremony, as well as navigate you through the crowds to find the best available seating. • We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or mobility impairments on our tours. • We regret that we are unable to accommodate pushchairs or strollers on our tours. • Due to heightened security measures, you may experience delays in clearing security checks when entering the venue. • Large purses, bags, and backpacks are not allowed. • A special dress code is required to attend the Papal Audience. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. • Gratuities for your guide/driver that provided excellent service are appreciated! • Please note: City Wonders will ask for your home address, as Vatican City require this information to be submitted before your visit. The Papal Audience is a popular event in Rome, and occasionally seating is limited. Your guide will do everything possible to allocate your seat, but on rare occasions, this may not be possible.
