For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

- Please make sure to let us know the exact address of your accommodation in Barcelona. We will pick you up from your hotel or apartment in Barcelona. - We will send an email 24 hours prior to departure to inform you of the specific pick-up time at your hotel, as well as your guide's name and phone number. - Entrance tickets to Park Güell are included in the price of the tour. - Please let us know your children’s age to arrange the proper child seat (if applies). - 1 child is free of charge. 2 or more children get a 50% discount, based on the price of two adults - Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

Pickup Information

- We will pick you up from any hotel or apartment in Barcelona city.  Please make sure to include the address of your accommodation when booking. - Even if your Hotel is not listed, you can type it down in the field. - We will send a message the day before departure through the booking system to inform you of the specific pick-up time at your hotel as well as the name of your guide and the telephone number.
