This is more than just a cooking class; it is a tour to fully appreciate the beauty of Vietnamese cuisine as well as the value of the Hoi An countryside. Our guide will accompany you on a ride through the rice fields, basket boating in the nipa palm forest, and a fun cooking class at Tra Que Organic Vegetable Garden. A professional local chef will provide you with hands-on training. You'll learn new cooking techniques that you can easily replicate at home, as well as discover our traditions and historical information about our unique Vietnamese cuisine.
