Go to the Keauhou Shopping Center parking lot and park near Longs Drug Store. Look for a Mercedes Sprinter Van, our guide will contact you if needed. Please arrive at least 1o minutes prior to your departure time.

As this is a private tour exclusively for your group, your exact pickup time and location will be confirmed directly with you within 24 hours of your scheduled tour departure. This allows us to tailor the pickup to your specific needs and chosen Big Island location. To ensure a smooth and timely start to your personalized experience, please be ready at your confirmed pickup location at least 15 minutes prior to your confirmed pickup time. Convenient Island-Wide Pickup: We offer complimentary private pickup from most accommodations, ports, and airports across the entire Big Island of Hawaii. This includes: Airports: Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport at Keāhole (KOA) and Hilo International Airport (ITO). Cruise Ports: Hilo Cruise Port.
