Meeting and Pickup

Redemption Instructions

We will share your e-voucher/ticket separately via WhatsApp or email after confirmation. Please keep it ready on your phone (or print if preferred). On arrival at the venue, present your voucher at the ticketing counter to exchange it for a physical ticket/wristband (as applicable). Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled show time to complete redemption smoothly. Seat/zone is assigned by the venue based on availability. You cannot choose a specific seat, and changing or exchanging ticket zones/seats is strictly prohibited. Please refer to your voucher for your confirmed seating/zone details. Doors open 1 hour before the event start time. The event schedule is subject to change without notice due to operational or artist circumstances, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Pickup Information

Pickup and drop-off by shuttle must be reserved in advance, or no later than 18:00 (6:00 PM) on the service date. After you book, please message us (WhatsApp/email) with your hotel name + zone so we can confirm your pickup point, pickup time and final instructions. Pickup zones (please be ready in your hotel lobby 10–15 minutes early): Patong: Free Karon: Free Kata: Free Please notify us as early as possible if you need to change your pickup plan. You may also travel directly to the meeting point/venue instead of using the shuttle. If you choose self-arrival, please inform us in advance so we can confirm the exact meeting point and check-in instructions, and arrive before the scheduled start time to avoid missing entry.
