• There is a constant temperature of 10°C (50°F) in the caves, dress properly, and wear comfortable shoes (flipflops are not recommended). • The minimum number of participants must apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet the requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative date/tour or a full refund. IMPORTANT: • Pickups are available ONLY from selected hotels and public locations in the city of Ljubljana. • In case you fail to provide us with a desired meeting point up until 24h before departure, your meeting point will be the City hotel (Dalmatinova 15, 1000 Ljubljana) A short delay of up to 15 minutes can occur due to traffic conditions and different pickup locations.
