Redemption Instructions

No printed ticket is required. Upon arrival, please show your booking confirmation (mobile or printed) to the driver. The driver will be waiting outside the arrivals terminal at the designated pickup area, holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name. For departure transfers, please be ready in the hotel lobby at the scheduled pickup time.
