Pickup Information

- We will contact you regarding any specific details about your tour. - Cruise ship Passengers: - While our tours are scheduled to begin at 8:00 am, we know that delays happen, and that it may take some time to come off the ship. We keep track of ship arrival times and will adjust accordingly. You will not miss your tour. - Tour lengths vary and adjustments to the schedule may need to be made in order to accommodate your timely return. - Cruise Ship Hilo and Kailua Ports – Look for your Guide with the “Aloha Aina Tours” sign. You will be provided instructions for pick up either inside the terminal or right outside the port gates. - If your ship is unable to dock, we’ll issue a full refund. When possible, we’ll also try to reschedule your tour so you don’t miss out. This situation is entirely outside your control, and we want to make it worry-free for you. Please note when booking. Due to the difference in TripAdvisor and our booking system, 1 person equals 14 people. If you need to book multiple tours, they must be booked through TripAdvisor one at a time.
