Redemption Instructions

Instruction: - Transfers from Airport to Hotel At the airport, either the driver or the airport attendant with a name board will greet the passenger at the exit gate outside the arrival lobby. - Transfer from Hotel to Airport/or Hotel to Hotel. The driver will park at the location specified by the passenger (hotel entrance). - You will get the trip detail 1 day before the travel date from the Hotline operator via WhatsApp/Line/Viber/Imessage.

Pickup Information

Airport pick up (waiting time of 90 minutes): After you have collected your luggage, please head to the exit gate where you will be met by our representative/driver who will be holding a sign with the lead passengers name. Non-Airport pick up (waiting time of 30 minutes): We will pick you up from your Hotel lobby for the departure to the airport. Please call/message the hotline if you can’t locate your driver.
