Meeting and Pickup
Guests can meet us at the Welcome Center of the Polynesian Cultural Center, located at the right-hand side behind the Hamana Kalili Statue. This building houses the ticketing booths, where visitors can check in or inquire further about their visit.
Redemption Instructions
Gateway Buffet Package: For your convenience, you may go to our Ticketing Office located in the Welcome Center to exchange your Viator ticket for a printed ticket. The Ticketing Office opens at 12:00 pm and the Islands of Polynesia opens at 12:15 pm.
