For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

On the day of the tour, guide will pick you up at your hotel, condo or vacation rental and you will need to show your e-voucher or provide the confirmation number that will be provided to you when confirming the reservation. It is important after making the booking to contact us to let us know the name of the place you will be staying so your pick up time can be scheduled.

Pickup Information

Once you make the reservation please let us know the hotel, you are staying at, so we can schedule your pick up time, this will be scheduled accordingly to your hotel location. Driver will be meet you at the main lobby or entrance of your hotel, please be ready 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time. PLEASE NOTE: Transportation is included from the majority of the Hotels located in the tourist area of Los Cabos. If you dont find your hotel please let us know the name of the Hotel you will be staying in order for us to confirm if transportation is provided from that area.
