An exclusive experience, learn to make a real Italian pizza from a master pizza maker. The original pizza, made with the best ingredients, as the buffalo mozzarella or the sicilian cherry tomato, and following tradition. Have fun sticking your finger in the dough, our master pizza maker, an industry expert, will tell you about the history and tradition of the pizza, its secrets, its processing, the choice of ingredients, the flour used. Together you will have the opportunity to make the traditional pizzas such as the Margherita and the Sicilian pizza called sfincione. After putting the pizzas made with your own hands in a wooden oven, you will follow closely the cooking process, then take them out of the oven and finally relax with your pizza and a glass of Sicilian wine. Our pizza chef is known throughout the city for the quality of his pizzas and for being the first pizza-maker to invent pizzas made with new recipes that use typical Sicilian ingredients.
