Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. • Last minute vehicle upgrades may not be possible. Therefore contact the supplier directly. • Waiting charges: 30 minutes free waiting time available after 8 hours. Thereafter £6.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes. • Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment. • Inform the supplier of the age of the children traveling with you in order us to provide a free baby seat or booster seat for the duration of the travel. • This is a self guided tour. Driver is not a guide.

Pickup Information

We will pickup passengers from any address within London. Address within London vehicle tax area (E1, SW1,W1,SE1,WC1, WC2,EC1,EC2,EC3): £10.00 cash charge applies on the day.(One off) Picking up from areas such as E14, E15, E16,E18, E20, SE10,SE11, SE20 Etc. may required additional payment to cover millage. Heathrow Airport pickup charge is £10.00. (Driver will collect passengers from the arrival hall with their name card. Passenger to pay a cash to the driver on the day). No additional charges applies for pickups from Heathrow airport hotels.
