Cancellation Policy

If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.

• 100% refund if cancelled 6+ days before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• You may wish to bring an extra set of clothes to change into after bathing • During summer months, it can be pretty warm even in the mountains, so do dress accordingly • You will be notified two days in advance of your tour with your guide's name and contact information. You should please contact your guide directly should any issues arise. Please be aware that for group tours, the tour must start on time and it may not be possible to get in touch with the guide once they have started the tour.

Pickup Information

Pickup at any centrally located Osaka hotel is included. This is defined as within the JR Loop Line. The following additional fees are assessed for further out points. All prices are per group, not per person, and are for each direction of travel, meaning that for both pickup and drop off at a location below, you should please double the fee shown. Shin-Osaka: 1,000 yen Universal Studios area: 2,000 yen Port of Osaka, Port of Kobe, or the Hyatt Osaka: 2,500 yen
