Inform your choice to the guide in the beginning of the tour. • Install and contact us on WhatsApp at +55 (21) 96638-2686 on the previous tour date to receive the guide´s contact and facilitate pick-up. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1. IN THE HIGH SEASON • Please note that busy times such as new years and carnival will limit the amount of places to be visited. At carnival days streets may be closed for parties which will make the tour go in a very slow pace. • We strongly recommend beginning by SugarLoaf purchasing the Fast Pass tickets for 30 minutes after your chosen pick-up time. (https://bondinho.com.br/en) • Please note: Seniors (over 60) will pay half price at the Sugar Loaf ONLY, by showing a copy of an ID or passport and will have a special line inside. It takes about 3 hours to visit SugarLoaf. • Then, getting MORNING "Skip the Line" tickets on the Viator website, since they can be used anytime in the morning! 2. IN THE LOW SEASON You may begin by the Christ purchasing tickets in advance at their official website (https://www.tremdocorcovado.rio/) for 1 hour after pick-up* unless you are at Barra da Tijuca, in this case make it 2 hours. • You can purchase Fast Passes for SugarLoaf ON THE DAY OF THE TOUR. 3. OTHER GENERAL INFORMATION: • Your guide will be wearing a fuchsia/purpleish T-shirt or polo. • The tour duration is 9 hours with lunch, or 8 hours without lunch. Lunch is the main meal in Brazil. • Airport pick-ups and drop-offs, as well as Barra da Tijuca, will follow the tour duration from beginning to end (8 hours). • Itinerary is customizable inside of Rio de Janeiro city only, being the areas north, center and south. Sites may be replaced by others, just ask your guide. • To see more places, we suggest a SugarLoaf drop-off. (Sugar Loaf is very close to Copacabana.)

• We are a VIP oriented private tour company. Booking tours that don´t include tickets is the only way to ensure a perfect experience, since the tours sold with tickets included are NOT skip the line!! • It´s important that you read the voucher info after booking as we give instructions on how to purchase the tickets. Please note that tickets for the high season will not be sold until the season starts. • Hotels: We pick up at all hotels in Rio (including Barra da Tijuca), national and international airports (included). Your guide will wait for you in the hotel lobby. • Port/airport: Your guide will have a sign with your name at disembarkment, near the main gate. •If you would like to change the date or pick-up time, please make an ammendment or send us a message. •At the beginning of the tour, please tell your guide your choice for art, history or nature focus. • Unfortunately we are not able to change the pick-up time on the DAY of the tour. This period of waiting will be missed out from the tour. Thank you for your understanding. • We will not pick up travelers inside the slums (favelas/communities.)
