Pickup Information

Hotel pick-up starts approximately 15–30 min before departure, depending on hotel location. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed after booking. Please be ready at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Free pick-up is available from designated areas only. Extra charges apply for hotels outside free pick-up zones and must be paid on-site. For hotels not accessible by vehicle, guests may be asked to meet at a nearby pick-up point.
