For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • Tours take place rain, snow or shine. It is recommended to dress appropriately for the weather and bring an umbrella or rain coat.

Pickup Information

We pick you up from any Hotel within the city limit of Lucerne. Alternatively we can pick you up at the big arch right at the Lucerne main station. You can also choose the option: "I will advise my pick up place later". Please bring your "Visitor Card" with you. (The Visitor Card is given to you by the Hotel Reception and entitles you for free transportation on public means.)
