For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
Please meet at Unlimited Biking Central Park at 56 W 56th Street between 5th and 6th avenue.
Redemption Instructions
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your tour time. We require one valid ID and one credit card for the group. For your safety and the safety of the group, all tour participants are required to wear the provided helmets for the duration of the tour. If you have any questions or would like to customize your experience, please email sales@unlimitedbiking.com or call 212-749-4444. Waiver Required Before Arrival. Download the Unlimited Biking app and create an account. Tap Reservation Finder and enter your reservation number and reservation date to link it to your account. Enter your contact details, sign the waiver, and add a payment card. Completing the waiver qualifies you for Fast Track service, allowing priority check-in at the store. If you experience any issues, email sales@unlimitedbiking.com with a screenshot of the problem.
