Redemption Instructions

After we issue the tickets for you, You can enter the park with your passport directly at the ticket inspection channel (You can choose Without Chinese original ID card channel or Foreigners channel, Usually on the left-hand side of the queue) .

Pickup Information

Our staff will contact you before your trip. You need to tell him your name, nationality, Passport Number, contact information (phone number, email, etc.), and hotel location. And on the tour day, our driver will pick you up [In the hotel lobby, holding a flag with NewPandaTrip] and take you to the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding. After visit, the driver will take you back to the hotel or anywhere else in the city after your visit.
