Pickup Information

Pickup is available for all hotels within Phuket area. Pickup time is 8:00 AM – 10:20 AM. For a transfer from Coconut Island, meet your driver at Laem Hin Pier. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel. Stop point = 4 (Coral+Racha+Promthep(High)+Maithon(Low))

Child tickets are for ages 4-14 years.

Infants under the age of 4 can join free of charge.

Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the tour.

A maximum of 50 guests can be accommodated on the boat.

Guests who are over 70 years old are not encouraged to join the tour.

Alcohol will not be sold to minors under 18 years old.

Please request vegan food and allergy accommodations at least one day before your trip.

Pets are not allowed on board.

Bringing any Food and beverages on board is prohibited.

Drugs and weapons are prohibited on board.

Jumping on the trampoline is not allowed, for the safety of all passengers on the trampoline.

Please do not take any unnecessary belongings or valuables during the trip as we will not take responsibility for any loss or damage.

Swimming is allowed at the guest’s own risk, we provide life jackets on board but if the guest doesn’t use them, we will not be held responsible for any incident that may occur.
