Before your disembarkation or airport arrival, you will receive your chauffeur’s details via text message and email. Our professional driver will be ready to greet you at the designated cruise terminal or baggage claim area assigned to your flight. For hotel pickups, your driver will be positioned in the lobby 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. You will also receive a confirmation message containing the driver’s name and contact number approximately 12 hours before your pickup to ensure a smooth and coordinated experience.

Additional Pickup Details: For airport arrivals, your chauffeur will be tracking your flight in real-time to ensure timely service, regardless of whether you land early or experience a delay. Upon arrival, you will receive a text message and email confirmation with your driver’s name and direct contact number. If you have booked Meet & Greet Service, your driver will be waiting for you inside the terminal at the baggage claim area holding a sign with your name. For curbside pickup, please contact your driver once you have collected your luggage to coordinate your exact pickup point. For port or hotel pickups, your driver will be positioned at the designated cruise terminal or in the main hotel lobby. Please be ready at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. If you’re traveling with children or excess luggage, kindly inform us in advance so we can arrange appropriate accommodations, such as car seats or additional space for baggage.
