Hotel pick-up arrangements require your hotel name and full address. This information must be provided at least 48 hours before the travel date.

Insurance does not cover infants under 1 year old or travelers aged 70 years and above. Participation is not permitted for these age groups.

For safety and insurance reasons, pregnant women, participants with back problems, and those with serious heart, lung, or other severe medical conditions are not permitted to participate.

Participants joining snorkeling activities should be comfortable in the water. Snorkeling equipment (mask, snorkel, and life jacket) is provided.

A safety briefing will be conducted before water activities, including safety procedures, supervision, and the use of life jackets.

Hotel pickup service is available only in Patong, Kata, Karon, Phuket Old Town, Chalong, and Rawai. Guests staying outside these areas may arrange their own transportation to Honeymoon Marina Office.

Guests arriving on their own should check in at Honeymoon Marina Office between 8:20 AM and 8:30 AM. Public parking is available but subject to availability.

Please bring beachwear, swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, a towel, a change of clothes, and a photocopy or digital copy of your passport for insurance purposes.

Optional activities such as scuba diving, jet skiing, parasailing, banana boat rides, and other water sports are provided by independent third-party vendors on the island. These activities are not operated, managed, or controlled by us. Any participation, payment, liability, insurance coverage, or disputes are solely between the participant and the respective vendor.

Hotel pickups commence approximately 45-60 minutes before departure. Exact pickup details will be confirmed prior to travel.

All times and itinerary order are approximate and may change due to weather, sea conditions, tides, local traffic, or operational requirements.

In the event of unsafe weather or sea conditions, the itinerary may be modified, postponed, or canceled. Guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund where applicable.

Strollers are not recommended due to pier access, beach terrain, and boat boarding requirements.

The tour is not wheelchair accessible.

Some wet landings may occur, and participants may need to walk through shallow water when embarking or disembarking.
