Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Redemption Instructions

Present your mobile or printed Viator voucher to the driver at pickup. One voucher per booking is sufficient; no ticket exchange is required. The driver will verify the lead traveler’s name and will be holding a sign with the traveler’s name and Adventure Park & Hotel Vista Golfo.

Pickup Information

✅ Pick-up time is generally at 8:00 am. If your ship arrives later, pick-up will be scheduled 30 minutes after docking. ✅ We’ll meet you at the entrance of the pier in Puntarenas or at the harbor entrance in Caldera. ✅ Your driver will be holding a blue sign that reads "Adventure Park" for easy identification. ✅ Pick-ups are also available from all nearby hotels in Puntarenas.
