Redemption Instructions

This e-ticket is non-transferable and valid only on the selected date. No physical ticket is required—just show it on your mobile device. Please meet your guide at the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

Pickup Information

Hotel pickup is available from anywhere in Phuket. Pickup is available for all hotels within Phuket. Pickup time is between 11.00am/ 11.30am The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.
